Founder/Director
Managing Director, Board Member, Advisor, Mentor… A passionate leader with a panache for teams. Bhavana started her career with the Boston Consulting Group, moving into the manufacturing sector, leading businesses, regions and companies across Cummins India Limited, REHAU Polymers and Lubrizol. A graduate of IIM Bangalore with an Economics Hons from ShriRam College of Commerce, Bhavana serves as a Board Member on various listed and private companies.
As part of her journey, both personal and professional, Bhavana has been deeply involved with people and what matters the most to them- their and their near ones’ well being- a much overlooked arena until it hits home with a jolt especially as we all focus on wealth creation.
